In-Bound Call Center: Auction Media runs a fully featured call center service, equipped with bidding software and queued multiple lines to accept toll free phone bids during the auction. Fully trained and security checked operators at individual terminals set-up new accounts, accept bids, check leading bids and answer questions. Attract those bidders who are not "internet savvy". A toll-free number as well as any long distance charges in North America is included. Approximately 5-25% of bids will be made by telephone.
